Use, disclosure and protection of your Information

When you visit our website, ENRC may request and collect personal data including your contact information (your “Information”).  Your Information will be used by ENRC to respond to your request, for purposes disclosed to you or that could reasonably be anticipated at the time of collection and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. ENRC may pass your information to entities controlled by, controlling or under common control with ENRC as well as its joint venture companies in which ENRC directly or indirectly holds shares (“ENRC Group”).

ENRC will process your Information in accordance with the terms of the DPA.  Information may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) where permitted by law.  It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for a member of the ENRC Group or their suppliers.  By submitting your Information you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.  ENRC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy statement.

ENRC takes all reasonable security measures to protect Information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or uncontrolled disclosure.  However, we cannot guarantee the security of the Information.  In particular, transmission of data via the internet is not completely security.  As far as permissible under law, ENRC accepts no responsibility for the unauthorised access of your Information held by ENRC.
