Business Systems - Standardisation and Enhancement

ENRC has developed and is implementing a business transformation programme (Programme Arrow), aligned to the Group business strategy, encompassing all operational business processes and associated organisational design.  This is a five year phased programme.  The first phase is due to be completed by the end of 2011.

The aim of the programme is to:

• Incorporate industry best practice business processes across the Group in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business whilst minimising its complexity.
• Improve transparency and reporting within the Group, as well as the supply chain, business support services and asset performance.

Employee development programmes will be established, with the provision of enhanced business capabilities to advance employees’ knowledge and skill set.

When fully implemented, the programme will enable acquired assets to be integrated into the Group more quickly, efficiently and effectively with a greater realisation of synergies.
