Mr Miguel Perry (Age 37)

Mr Perry is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company in March 2007, Mr Perry worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Russia and Switzerland as a qualified accountant for fifteen years and was made a partner in 2005 in Russia and Switzerland. During this period he gained extensive experience with companies based in Russia and the FSU and advised the Group during 2005 and 2006. Mr Perry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages (Russian & French) from Essex University. His native language is English and he is fluent in Russian and French.

ENRC Divisions

ENRC is a public company traded on London Stock Exchange, with the Kazakhstan government holding 11.65% (as at 20 August 2008).
In March 2008 we completed the listing of ENRC's ordinary shares on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). There were no new shares issued in connection with this listing.

Alumina and Aluminium Division
The seventh largest supplier of traded alumina by volume in the world, (Source: CRU, 2007).

Energy Division
One of the largest electricity providers in Kazakhstan, accounting for approximately 16% of the country's recorded electricity production in 2007.

Logistics Division
One of Kazakhstan's largest freight forwarding carrier companies, providing effective transportation and logistical services to the Group's principal operating divisions and third parties.

The exclusive supplier of all ENRC products, serving customers in all markets across five continents.
