Mr. Michael Eggleton (Age 39)

Mr. Eggleton spent over fifteen years working as an investment professional in the United States, United Kingdom, Turkey and Russia. In August 2006, he joined TRUST Investment Bank to serve as CEO and Chairman of the bank. Previously he worked for Merrill Lynch as Managing Director, Head of Emerging Markets (CEEMEA) in London and Moscow and he headed Credit Suisse First Boston's Tactical Markets Group, where he was responsible for investments in Turkey, the CIS, Middle East and Northern Africa. He is currently on the board of directors of Moorgate Capital Management, a private equity asset manager formed by the TRUST Banking Group.

Mr. Eggleton holds a BA with Honors from the University of San Diego and an MBA from San Diego State University. He is certified to be a bank president by the Russian, Egyptian and Turkish Central Banks. Mr. Eggleton is a Certified US Public Accountant and also was UK FSA qualified whilst at Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.

ENRC Divisions

ENRC is a public company traded on London Stock Exchange, with the Kazakhstan government holding 11.65% (as at 20 August 2008).
In March 2008 we completed the listing of ENRC's ordinary shares on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). There were no new shares issued in connection with this listing.

One of the largest electricity providers in Kazakhstan, accounting for approximately 16% of the country's recorded electricity production in 2007.

Logistics Division
One of Kazakhstan's largest freight forwarding carrier companies, providing effective transportation and logistical services to the Group's principal operating divisions and third parties.

The exclusive supplier of all ENRC products, serving customers in all markets across five continents.
