ENRC Logistics is Kazakhstan's premier freight forwarder and railroad operator.

It provides the Group with reliable delivery services for its products and a comprehensive logistics infrastructure.  It also offers effective transportation and logistical services to third parties.

The Logistics Division's operations include three core businesses: freight forwarding; railway construction and maintenance; and wagon and locomotive repair.

In addition, the division operates a transfer and reloading terminal on the Kazakhstan and China border, providing the Group with access to the growing market in China.

ENRC Logistics is an integrated structure that comprises the following companies:

. Transsystem - the largest transport operator in Central Asia.
. TransCom - railway services company operating more than 5,000 units of the rolling stock.
. Universal Service - a transhipping complex at Dostyk.
. TransRemVagon - wagon and locomotive repair company.
. Bereke 2004 - locomotive repair and vehicle maintenance company.
. Zhol Zhondeushi - railway repairs, construction and maintenance company.
