Mr. Eduard Utepov (Age 54)

Mr. Utepov has held numerous governmental positions within the Republic of Kazkhstan. Since 2000 he has served as Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Prior to this appointment he acted as First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee, Chairman of the State Privatization Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Before his government appointments Mr. Utepov was Vice-President of GVK ''Kazintermetal'' and held a management role within UIF ''Alem-Bobek''. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys with a degree in technical sciences and a diploma in metallurgical engineering.

ENRC Divisions

ENRC is a public company traded on London Stock Exchange, with the Kazakhstan government holding 11.65% (as at 20 August 2008).
In March 2008 we completed the listing of ENRC's ordinary shares on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). There were no new shares issued in connection with this listing.

Alumina and Aluminium Division
The seventh largest supplier of traded alumina by volume in the world, (Source: CRU, 2007).

Energy Division
One of the largest electricity providers in Kazakhstan, accounting for approximately 16% of the country's recorded electricity production in 2007.

Logistics Division
One of Kazakhstan's largest freight forwarding carrier companies, providing effective transportation and logistical services to the Group's principal operating divisions and third parties.

The exclusive supplier of all ENRC products, serving customers in all markets across five continents.
