Mr Ian Donald, Head of Human Resources
Mr. Donald is the Head Human Resources of the Company. Ian has 30 years' international HR experience, with the expertise ranging from international recruitment to international employment law and executive coaching.
Ian Donald worked as Group HR Director of the ABB Group in the UK, where he was involved in the creation of global HR policies and initiatives and acted as a Member of the ABB plc HR Council in Switzerland. He also served as Head of HR Development at AMEC plc and Group Training & Development Manager with BICC plc.
Immediately prior to joining ENRC, Ian worked in an independent consultancy providing HR advice and support for such clients as HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Laytons and the Goodrich Corporation. Mr Donald began his career as an officer in The Royal Air Force before working in the field of management education. He has a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development of the UK.
