Mr Randal Barker, General Counsel and Company Secretary

Mr. Barker joined ENRC as General Counsel and Company Secretary in September 2008.  He was previously Group Legal Director and Group Company Secretary at Resolution plc.  Prior to this, Mr. Barker held positions at General Electric Company and Lovells LLP.

Mr. Barker is a member of the Executive Committee of the GC100 (The Association for the General Counsel and Company Secretaries of FTSE 100 companies) and leader of the Executive Committee's Standing Group on Corporate Responsibility and Health and Safety.  He has also recently been appointed as a Trustee of LawWorks (LawWorks is the registered operating name of the Solicitors Pro Bono Group).

Mr. Barker is a UK, US and Canadian-qualified lawyer and an alumnus of Harvard University, McGill University Faculty of Law and INSEAD.

Alumina and Aluminium Division
The ninth largest supplier of traded alumina by volume in the world (Source:  CRU, 2008).

Energy Division
One of the largest electricity providers in Kazakhstan, accounting for approximately 14.5% of the country's recorded electricity production in 2008.

Logistics Division
One of Kazakhstan's largest freight forwarding carrier companies, providing effective transportation and logistical services to the Group's principal operating divisions and third parties.

The exclusive supplier of all ENRC products, serving customers in all markets across five continents.
